i had a fun-filled week ahead, & now my right knee is swollen. "knee swollen, rest this week."
i've been working so hard with the team, by taking this break i'll have to work on my fitness level all over again; i feel kinda depressed.

being alone at home certainly doesnt help & right now no one is replying me.
