FORMING.STORMING.NORMING.PERFORMING.

it was a very different experience.
we were not rushed through our activities &
activities were constantly changing according to us.

i admit i was dying the first two days

cause i thought it was the most boring camp ever.

partly because i was there without

a OPEN mind & i kept comparing it to OBS.

i must say it got much better after the

first two days & i took back alot from this camp.
the whole camp was run by trainers, Lye & D
to me, they were really impressive.

with a very special Belay System.

there was a buddy system & my buddy was EDNA LIM :D
my first group was NO NA-ME with Yvonne(: for one & a half days.

NO NA-ME:

Hwee Key, Yi Ai, Chloe, Sarah, G Nat, Edna, Michelle, Sally, Natasya,
Ruby & Kah Min

second was KUTCHEBI, it means whatever with Mindy(;

KUTCHEBI:
Noelle, Tessa, Isabelle, Rashika, Yi Jun, Krystal, Mavis, Fiona, Imesha, Agnes & Edna

stayed in LODGE3 :
Sarah, Chloe, Marissa, Yiying, Aisyah, Melissa, G Nat, Noelle, Ruby, Tessa & Eddddnnnaaa.
the Lodge looks like construction workers' house btw.


DAY ONE.

-games games games & more games.

-D I S C profiling.

-building of card tower,

made to STAND & SIT again & again
while building.
-COMMITMENT!

DAY TWO.
-talk about the Comfort Zone Theory.

saying I DONT KNOW is a type of avoidance!

-Buddy intermediate Rope Element - Edna!(;

i didnt know it was so far apart until we got onto it.

Edna & i were stuck for a long time.
helped her up & had to climb up myself.

was so tired that i fell two levels down.

was about to give up but D!(; pushed me on& i climbed all the way up again.

-BYEBYE NO NA-ME & YVONNE.
-New grouping.

-Blindfold Evacuation.

Noelle & i had to move people from our group

from the crowd with their eyes closed forward by shouting.

aligned them according to birthdates.

-FOUR SIDED TUG OF WAR!:D
we were losing like crazy until the last round.

so happy that we all cried cause everyone worked so hard.

i had swollen knuckles after that.

-survival game. I DIED. i chose to trek.

- SLEPT ON THE BASKETBALL COURT :D


DAY THREE.
-had to wash the freaking toilet.

-KAYAKING!
-kayak race - towing of demage kayak
noelle, crystal, tessa & i were the swimmers.

noelle & crystal got up a kayak after that.

tes & i had to swim on, TIRING.

-FIBRE GLASS HURT LIKE CRAP!

-norming dinner out of camp at hawker centre.
-looooaaadddsss of fun(;

-EMO talk with KUTCHEBI.

cause we had to wash the toilets again the next day.
we were bonded but didnt win anything.

DAY FOUR.

-washed the toilets & i picked up a yellow SUPERMAN underwear

& a panty liner stuck onto the ground.

KEEP THE TOILETS CLEAN, DAMNIT

-Negotiation Course.

went up in buddy pairs.

self-belaying system was annoying.
it was super fun though, EDNA DID WELL (;

edna & i did three elements together.

-MULTI ROPE.

went up with tessa fiona & edna.

i was the first to go, shaking on the cable like crazy.

had to reach far for the next rope & swing it to edna.

this passes on till everyone finishes it.

-RESCUE COURSE.

noelle tied onto the stretcher.

team had to carry her through a course.

did not succeed.

we were not allowed to fall off the element.

wasnt easy.

we werent given another chance but YH'S12 had it.

both teams worked together to bring Hwee Key over.

-SOCIAL NIGHT!
skits performed by each team titled OUR TRANSFORMATION.

facils & trainers danced.

VERY VERY VERY ENJOYABLE NIGHT.

watched a video prepared for us.

alot cried, everyone made a circle & sang together.

DAY FIVE.
-entire camp of 48 had to cross over the 3M wall.
we made a record of finishing in ELEVEN MINUTES!(;
facils were all so proud that they cried.

marissa & i were the last two to get up.
-THANK YOUs

each group, given bag of pebbles

had to pick one out, symbolises that person & thank

him or her.

we came together to cheer and sing the school song.

FIRST TIME I REALLY FELT FOR IT.

OVERALL, I REALLY ENJOYED MYSELF ALOTALOTALOT

AND I LEARNT MORE THAN ALOTALOTALOT.

okay you get what i mean.
